Education for all : policy and planning lessons from Sri Lanka

This report describes a framework for the analysis of the process of educational planning and policy making. The aim is to explore these issues using Sri Lanka as a case study of educational planning. The report also presents the Jomtien and Dakar World goals for education and the associated requirements for National Plans of Action within the frameworks for action. This resource would be useful for anyone with an interest in education, development and policy planning
